Our community meetings are back. Join us next Tuesday, September 5th, 2023, at 18:00 CEST for @BorisMuzc talk about PyDESeq2, a python implementation of the DESeq2 method for differential expression analysis with bulk RNA-seq data, originally in R. Looking forward to seeing you!
