I had trained a scvi model, and based on this model, I transfered the cell label bewteen 2 datasets, but the data integration effect was poor. I wanted to know if the cell label transfer result is reliable?

Hi, without much more information and plots, I doubt that we can help you gain clarity. In general, I would recommend checking marker gene expression after label transfer to gain insights about correctness.
