# Is it possible only to calculate metrics related to cell type using scib?

Hi, I am wondering if I can only calculate bio score based on scib\_metrics.Benchmark(). I tried to set batch\_key = None or False, but it does not work.

Hi, yes - this can be achieved by using [`scib_metrics.benchmark.BioConservation`](https://scib-metrics.readthedocs.io/en/stable/generated/scib_metrics.benchmark.BioConservation.html).
