Is there an extension of the scANVI model that could also model protein data from CITE-seq like totalVI?

Hi, thank you for your question. We don’t have this extension implemented in totalVI yet - we are tracking this feature request [here](https://github.com/scverse/scvi-tools/issues/1549). It should be straightforward to add but we don’t have an estimated timeline for this yet.
