Hi,

I am just wondering if there is compatibility of between multiVI and scArches?

I couldn’t see a tutorial on this and wondered if it has been benchmarked in house? Naturally, it would great if one could make a reference atlas with non-matched modalities and then add new data into those models.

There currently isn’t, and I’m not sure when we will add this.
