is there any plans to incorporate scPoli into the next version of scVI tools, which I saw might be released imminently?

No plans for that, sorry, since scPoli is already available through the scarches package!

Thanks for letting me know.
Apologies, I had assumed the team were trying to wrap external models too as so many have been wrapped to date.
Hard to harmonise so many tools in one place so really appreciate what you guys have added already as external wrappers.
