Should do normalize before integration?
Scanpy official example didn’t do normalize before integration but subset variable genes to do integration, which will finally get only little part of gene usable in future analysis.
And I also found some one normalize data before integration and don’t subset variable genes.
Therefore, I don’t know which one is the right way!

Can you give a bit more detail about which integration method you’re using?
