Hi,

I understand that there is a CITE-seq analysis in R tutorial and in principle other totalVI features can be used as well.

Is there a tutorial that shows integration of two CITE-seq datasets in R using totalVI?

Not exactly, but you could in principle combine the commands seen in this tutorial:

[https://docs.scvi-tools.org/en/stable/tutorials/notebooks/scvi\_in\_R.html#Integrating-datasets-with-scVI](https://docs.scvi-tools.org/en/stable/tutorials/notebooks/scvi_in_R.html#Integrating-datasets-with-scVI)

With the one in the python totalVI tutorial:

Okay, thanks! Will try that.
