I was comparing the original scrublet package with the scanpy implementation and found different results using default parameters:
Any idea why?
I went over the default parameters and they all seem to be set the same.
I also tried to adjust the automatic threshold from scanpy-scrublet manually to the threshold found by the original scrublet function - still a different result.
Also the histograms look differently (not shown).
