I made adata with the ‘bc’ dataframe of the first image.
At this time, I made adata using 31 modules such as Angiogenesis and Hypixa instead of genes.
The second image is the dotplot drawn in this adata.
I want to draw a dendrogram on both x and y axes in a dotplot.
I know it’s possible on clustermap but what I want is to draw on dotplot.
Would it be possible to get some help? Thank you.
