I’ve been working with the sc.pl.matrixplot function to visualize my data. I have a specific requirement regarding the placement of the dendrogram and cluster names in the matrix plot, both on the same side.
In my current usage of sc.pl.matrixplot, I would like to customize the positioning of the dendrogram and the cluster names.
Could you kindly guide me on how to achieve the placement of the dendrogram and cluster names on one side of the matrix plot for reading the plot easier? I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions you could provide.
