Is there anyway to use Lasso widget from matplotlib to select certain cells of interest from the FOV? I would like to isolate cell IDs in the given region. What would be the best way to identify cell ids from the field of view?

I could solve issues in my previous post by installing squidpy from the main in a fresh conda env.
however in Napari now cell coordinates don’t match with the image, it seems like X and Y coordinates might be transposed incorrectly.
