On the NVIDIA platform, the rapids-singlecell library uses CUDA to achieve very fast single-cell data processing and calculation. The unified memory architecture of the M chip is very beneficial for single-cell data analysis, but there is no similar to rapids-singlecel at present. L In this way, the library is accelerated by Apple silicon GPU. Considering the newly released MLX and MLX data framework (or mps), is there an gpu-accelerated single-cell analysis library built on the above framework? ( Or it is under development)
