It appears that the API has changed for SCANVI.train from the documentation on the web to what is actual in version 0.8.1. For example, train(max_epochs=200) doesn’t work anymore. Can the online tutorials be updated to reflect the changed API
Can you point to which tutorial is incorrect? If you’re using version 0.8.1, you’d need to change the documentation version at the bottom right of the documentation website. Also note that if you click the colab badge on an older version of the documentation, it will show the newest version of the tutorial.
All the tutorials and documentation are for version 0.9.X currently.
