Hi I usually use conda but I need to switch to Docker.
Therefore I want to ask if there exists any official docker image for runngin scVI?

There’s no official container as it will depend on your optional GPU architecture. You might find that starting with an official pytorch docker image and then install conda → scvi-tools is easiest.
