Integration with multiple categorical variable

Hello,

I want to try to use scvi.model.SCVI with multiple categorical_covariate_keys. I just wanted to know if there is a sequence in which SCVI operates with the different keys ?

Hi, no in short the order doesn’t matter. All values get one hot encoded and every category value gets concatenated to the latent code.
