Hello there !
Maybe a dumb question but I’m working with 3 different datasets, a gene expression one, a methylation one and a metadata one.
The thing is, there’s just like 9% of the samples that are common to both gene expression and methylation datasets.
I read about Mudata but i was wondering if it was possible to store all those datasets into one single anndata object ?
