Request for an end-to-end ResolVI tutorial on Visium HD cell segmentation data

Dear ResolVI developers,

Thank you for developing such a great tool as ResolVI! I am trying to use ResolVI on my Visium HD data. My data has undergone cell segmentation with ProSeg, but I find the ResolVI tutorials somewhat difficult to read, especially for data without pre-existing reference cell types. I have browsed various issues about using ResolVI, including suggestions to combine it with scVIVA. Would the authors consider creating an end-to-end analysis tutorial that starts from ProSeg results and uses ResolVI and scVIVA to complete cell type annotation? This would be very helpful for promoting these two high-resolution spatial transcriptomics algorithms!

Thanks a lot!

Yuanshui Long

Dear Yuanshui, thank you for raising this.

We are definitely working on such a tutorial, and an overall walkthrough of both ResolVI and scVIVA will be shown at the upcoming scverse conference workshop on scviva-tools!

Dear Ori Keronfeld, thank you very much, I’m really looking forward to it!
