Hi there, I’m using the infercnvpy package and I need the output created by the HMM option on the original R version of invercnv for another tool. Is there a straightforward way of adding this additional parameters to the input of r2py?
author of infercnvpy here. Infercnvpy is not a rpy2 wrapper around infercnv, it’s an independent python implementation. Unfortunately, segmentation using a HMM is currently not implemented (see this issue).
