Scib-metrics error with "ValueError: Each cell must have the same number of neighbors."

I got the same problem as different neighbors numbers for cells with clisi_knn · Issue #109 · YosefLab/scib-metrics · GitHub

I’m not sure is due to some misuse or bug. Can anyone help? Thanks!
